The initial check-up is crucial to be able to formulate a diagnosis and draw up a plan of adequate treatments. Dr. Testa takes care of this personally and it takes about one hour.
During the check-up, the patient is asked to provide information on his/her lifestyle and eating habits, as well as the reasons for coming and expectations.
Any documents the patient brings is also collected and organised. Any missing material – from intra-oral x-rays to panoramic images, orthopantomography, models and photographs – is produced directly in the Clinic.
Only once the overall clinic picture has been completed and the condition of the oral cavity has been assessed, do we proceed to identify the work necessary and establish a treatment plan.
The last step involves examining the estimate, with an explanation of the individual elements. The payment methods are also decided taking into account the desires and needs of the patient.
